What is a Legacy Graduation Grant?
The Essential Graduation Grant Award is guaranteed and is awarded for four years, when used consecutively. The Graduation Accessories Grant Awards and the Shipping & Handling Grant Awards are awarded on a first-come, first serve basis. Submit your online Grant application early so you can be considered for all three awards.
Essential Graduation Grant Awards – amounts are awarded for the Essential Graduation Packages that include the Graduation Cap & Gown, Graduation Tassel with Year Date Charm, two Graduation Announcements and one Graduation Diploma. The awardee has the option to have the free Graduation Diplomas personalized and graduation ceremony details printed in the free Graduation Announcements.
Graduation Accessories Grant Awards – amounts are awarded for all Graduation Accessories, such as, Graduation Stoles, Graduation V Neck Hoods, Graduation Souvenir Tassels, Graduation Honor Cords, Graduation Medallions, Graduation T-Shirts, etc. This Grant Award may also be applied toward Custom Imprint Graduation Stoles.
Shipping & Handling Grant Awards – amounts are awarded toward the shipping & handling charges for all Graduation items.
Who is eligible for a Legacy Graduation Grant?
All private and public schools and organizations are eligible for a Legacy Graduation Grant. These organizations include:

Don't despair. Oftentimes we can manufacture your color(s) with the production of our High School Graduation Caps, Gowns and Tassels.
If your graduation color(s) is not listed, send us an email requesting your color(s) and quantity needed. Include both your Cap & Gown color request and Graduation Tassel color request.
We will review your request and notify you promptly if we can manufacture your required color(s). Typically, we can offer the special request near the same prices quoted on our web site for our standard colors.

How do I measure the student?
Measure the student from head to floor with their shoes on. You only need to measure the height of the student. Graduation Caps are designed with a Universal fit so head measurements are not needed.
Download and record the student's measurements on the Measurement Form. The Measurement Form is for your records and will indicate what size to order based on your recorded measurements.
Do I need to measure each student's head for the Graduation Cap?
Head measurements are not needed because the Graduation Cap is designed for a Universal fit and contains an elastic band so the brim is expandable.

Is there a set up charge for custom imprinting on Graduation Stoles?
There is no setup charge if your minimum Customized Graduation Stole order is 12 or more pieces.
There is a $25 setup charge for custom imprinting on Graduation Stoles if your minimum order is less than 12 stoles. The $25 setup charge is billed after the customer has proofed and approved the typeset.

- If you have a PO Box address printed on your check, please write your street address somewhere on the check

Absolutely! It is just as important to us as it is to you that everything goes smoothly for your graduation celebration. You will be required to submit a Change Of Order Request form on or before April 1, 2010.

I don't need as many items as I ordered. Are refunds issued on orders?
Sorry, we do not issue refunds on orders where the payment has already been processed. However, we do issue a credit to your account that will be applied to your next purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped according to your "date needed by" information submitted to Legacy Graduation Attire. The delivery time is typically three - five business days once the order has been shipped.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes. You can track your order once it has been shipped from our facility. All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive an email the day that UPS picks up your order. This email will contain your UPS tracking number and you can follow the shipping process by visiting www.UPS.com and inputting your tracking number.
Will my email address remain private?
Yes. Legacy Graduation Attire does not share, rent or sell our customer's email addresses.
