Legacy Graduation Grant Application
Qualify for a Legacy Graduation Grant in less than 5 minutes...

Grant Application Instructions:

1.  Complete and submit this online grant application form by December 31, 2009.
2.  Once received, your information will be reviewed by our Grant Administrator, Kiptyn Chancellor.  We try to process all applications within 72 hours.
3.  Upon review and approval, you will receive a Grant Award Letter via the email address you provide below.
 
Please note the following:
 
1.  Essential Graduation Grant Awards are guaranteed to every public or private school / organization.  This grant is awarded for four years (when used in consecutive years).
2.  Grant monies are received from various sources and are awarded in three areas:
 
►Essential Graduation Grant Awards – monies are awarded for the Essential Graduation Packages that include the Graduation Cap & Gown, Graduation Tassel with Year Date Charm and two Graduation Announcements and one Graduation Diploma.*
 
►Graduation Accessories Grant Awards – monies are awarded for all Graduation Accessories, such as, Graduation Stoles, Graduation V Neck Hoods, Graduation Souvenir Tassels, Graduation Honor Cords, Graduation Medallions, Graduation T-Shirts, etc.  This award may be applied toward customized imprinted Graduation Stoles.
 
►Shipping & Handling Grant Awards – monies are awarded toward the shipping & handling charges for all Graduation items.
 
3.  Essential Graduation Grant Awards are guaranteed.  Graduation Accessories Grant Awards and Shipping & Handling Grant Awards are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.  We suggest you submit your application early for review.

Legacy Graduation Grant Awards Information and Rules:

Legacy Graduation Grants will be awarded only in the sole discretion of the Legacy Graduation Grants Administrator and, if awarded, may only be applied toward the quoted purchase price of the Legacy Graduation Attire products listed and described in the Grant Award Letter. The Applicant acknowledges that this is a request for a Legacy Graduation Grant, and that it is not a guarantee to receive Grant money. Applicant shall have no recourse for Grant refusals. Unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Legacy Graduation Grants Administrator,  Legacy Graduation Grants awarded for the 2009-2010 school year may only be applied to the quoted price of Legacy Graduation Attire products purchased by no later than January 15,, 2010, and may not be combined with any other offer.  Unused 2009-2010 Grant Awards expire after January 15, 2010, and may not be applied toward future purchases. No minimum purchase is required. Legacy Graduation Attire’s standard terms and conditions will apply to all purchases to which Grant monies are applied.

 

* Free Graduation Announcements and free Graduation Diplomas are not included with the High School Essential Graduation Packages.
